GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Wyndham Championship’s newest fan amenity, the Sunbrella® Carolina Craft Beer Lawn presented by R.H. Barringer Distributing Company will make its debut this year, the tournament announced today. The 76th annual Wyndham Championship is set for Aug. 17-23, 2015.
Located between the ninth green and the 10th tee, the Sunbrella® Carolina Craft Beer Lawn will feature an open-air tent serving seven different craft beers, all of which are brewed in North Carolina, outdoor furniture with the latest Sunbrella® fabrics and an elevated viewing platform offering a spectacular view of the play at the ninth green and the 10th tee. The Sunbrella® Carolina Craft Beer Lawn is the second viewing area offered to tournament patrons by Sunbrella® in addition to the Sunbrella® Comfort Zone behind the 12th green.
The craft beers, selected by R.H. Barringer, are Gaelic Ale Brand from Highland Brewing in Asheville, Kolsch Brand from White Street Brewing in Wake Forest, Ruby Lager from Olde Hickory Brewery in Hickory, White Zombie from Catawba Brewing Company in Asheville, Pale Ale from Sierra Nevada Brewery in Hendersonville, Pinner from Oskar Blues in Asheville and Southern Pale Ale from Natty Greene’s in Greensboro.
