ACCESSING & ADDING TICKETS TO MOBILE WALLET

STEP 1
Open the PGA TOUR app on your mobile device.
STEP 2
From the app homepage, click the profile icon in the top right corner.
STEP 3
Tap “My Tickets” on the dropdown menu.
STEP 4
Scroll down and find Wyndham Championship. Tap “Manage Tickets.”
STEP 5
Sign in to your Ticketmaster account or create an account using the email address associated with your tickets. Tap “OK” if prompted to link accounts, and “Continue” to allow “PGATOUR” to use “ticketmaster.com” to sign in. Note: it may prompt you to log in twice the first time you sign in.
STEP 6
Tap the photo of the ticket you would like to access.
STEP 7
Tap “View Ticket” to open the ticket. If you have multiple tickets, swipe side-to-side to see all your tickets.
STEP 8
Tap “Add to Apple Wallet” (or Google Wallet) to add your ticket to your mobile wallet. This will make it fast and easy for you upon arrival if there are busy network connections.
STEP 9
Tap “Add.”
STEP 10
Tap “Done.” The ticket will now be in your wallet.
TRANSFERRING TICKETS

Tap “My Tickets” on the dropdown menu.
STEP 4
Scroll down and find Wyndham Championship. Tap “Manage Tickets.”
STEP 5 (skip to step 6 if you’re already logged in)
Sign in to your Ticketmaster account or create an account using the email address associated with your tickets. Tap “OK” if prompted to link accounts, and “Continue” to allow “PGATOUR” to use “ticketmaster.com” to sign in. Note: it may prompt you to log in twice the first time you sign in.
STEP 6
Tap the photo of the ticket you would like to transfer.
STEP 7
Tap “Transfer.”
STEP 8
Select the ticket(s) you wish to transfer from your selected event date(s). Then tap “Transfer to.”
STEP 9
Either select from your list of available contacts or tap “Manually Enter a Recipient”. If adding a new recipient, enter their first name, last name, email or phone number, and a note if desired. Once all information is entered, tap “Transfer Ticket” to initiate the transfer.
STEP 10
If successful, the ticket(s) information will appear with the recipient’s name on it, ready to be claimed. You may also cancel the transfer from this point, if necessary.
